When you purchase from us, or undertake one of our free trainings, you will be added to our email list. This helps us provide you with better customer service. You can unsubscribe at anytime without prejudice.

Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the product. The minimum lifetime access for any product where lifetime access is offered is 2 years.

Refund Policy

We try to ensure our services are provided with due care and skill, and we at all times abide by the Australian Consumer Protection legislation with respect to any refund. Any other refund is done in accordance with our refund policy and in our sole discretion.

Webinars, masterclasses, online courses & resources: Due to the digital / instant access nature of these products, there are no refunds offered on webinars, master classes,  online courses and resources. This includes if you change your mind or make a decision down the track to leave the profession. If you have any issues accessing the course, please email me and my team will assist you.

Thriving Therapist Formula: I offer a 14-day happiness guarantee on Thriving Therapist Formula. Do the work and if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, me in writing within 14 days of purchase and I will happily refund you. Payment plans for Thriving Therapist will not be cancelled following the 14 days after purchase window, you will be expected to continue to pay your instalments after this date. Refund requests after 14 days after purchase will be respectfully declined. This includes if you change your mind or make a decision down the track to leave the profession. 

EMDR Group Consultation– Cancellation or swapping into another session is possible with 7 days notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit the whole registration fee.
